Plum (Japanese Ume) is also known as the “Blue Diamond Fruit” and has anti-viral and anti-bacterial effects against poisons in water, blood and food. They contain more citric acid, calcium, iron and phosphorus than any other fruit and twice as much protein. Ume is also rich in other organic acids and minerals, which help to maintain good health.
